How can someone protect a website from invalid ads clcks? Is there any way to wrap it the content of of webpage so that people won't realize that it 'S ads.

are you talking of how to prevent your self from clicking on your own ads ? you can use google publishers tool, or adblock plus add-on

I don't think that any body will deliberately do that except they are just being malicious because from my own experience each time I happen to click on any google ads it open in same window , which prevents any chance of the user having to click on it again

On a wordpress blog you can actually do that using

who sees ads or

ad injection plugin . it will protect you from such 'cos you can limit i.p addresses to see limited ads within a period of time
