Recently, I bought few of their add-ons and realized they no longer offer support for this plugin. You'll neither get a response to your tickets nor support requests. With this, it is difficult to get refunds, help, and fixes.
Really can't tell the whereabouts of this plugin developer. Seeking for alternatives is the best option for now until he's available to update his plugins, respond to tickets, and offer refunds for add-ons that no longer works.
