Does Yahoo offer Advert Services like Google do?

I just read a post on a friend blog and at the end of the article, i now saw some ads in it, and at the labeling, it says "ads by Yahoo" so i want to know if they of such ads services and also if yes, if it can work with Google BLOGGER on free version? Because i want to improve my earning in my blog @ NAIJAEXPLOITS Thanks!

they do,but they seem too be more strict than adsense,applied 4 more than a month now yet no reply from them
