How to resolve this problem

My website reached its bandwidth limit on the 23rd August,i'm suppose to surf my site today being 1st september,but below is what i get when i type the url.

Not Found The requested URL /index.php
was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while
trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the
request.

did you make any changes to the site files while it wasn't accessible?

I only login to my cpanel but did not change anything.

probably this is a problem coming from your host, have you tried contacting them?
