Clicking download off-line doesn’t actually download anything. Why?

When I go to read a novel and then I click download offline at the bottom of the PDF page, all it does is reopen the page and make the wording larger. It doesn’t actually download anything, and it only shows me one page at a time. It’s very confusing. How can I download the whole PDF?

To get the entire document, look for a proper download link or icon (often at the top or in a menu), or try opening the PDF in a new tab and using your browser’s Save As/Download option. If the site only shows one page at a time, it may not allow full downloads, so you’d need the official source or a complete file link.
