Simply looking to do a conversion of some email files and looking for something easy rather than something too complicated that may end up corrupting folders or attachments in the process.
I have been using Kernel Email Converter for some time now and it has done a great job for me without me having to read any instructions at all. It supports many formats, so has helped me in different occasions than just one, which is quite impressive in itself. Has always kept all the files in order, with folders remaining in place, attachments intact, no corruptions so far.
There have been a couple of others that I tried, but they did not support the format I had or ended up complicating the whole thing.
