Facebook has launched their Facebook Messenger for Mobile, a standalone messaging app for smartphones. Facebook will be rolling out several new features to its Facebook Chat feature.
Messaging is now even faster and you don?t have to be online in Facebook Chat all the time just to chat with friends. You can stay offline in Facebook Chat and still chat with friends using the mobile app.
This looks more of an approach like known apps WhatsApp, BlackBerry Messenger etc.
