the dccrap located here http://www.mediafire.com/?mtznv54yc3v5cc3 isn't password protected , but if it's glo bolt you wanna unlock it isn't gonna work on it

glo bolt huawei e303 modem is currently using a very much customized firmware which makes it very difficult to work even when unlocked

you can unlock it using dc-unlocker
