Hosting choice?

Have you ever wondered what's the difference between a good host and a bad host?

Well I did for a long time and after running a hosting company, let me tell you what defines a good host.

First of all, a good host has great support. No matter what you do or who you deal with, you have to have access to good support.

Second of all, your host should have a good uptime. If it's bellow 80% then you should avoid that host with every single dollar you want to spend on hosting.

Third is the price. Don't jump ship at the first host you see. Look around the web and find some good ones that fit you.

Fourth the location! If you are targeting a European audience, but your servers are in the USA, well guess what, it will slow down your site. So chose the location based on where you will work.
