Most Android mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones accept a SecureDigital flash memory card for external storage. Android X86 is a port of the Android operating system to computers whose microprocessor(s) belongs to Intel's x86 family. You can use your computer to format an SD card in such a way that Android X86 will be able to use it for storage and retrieval of data.
Instructions
1. Log in to the computer as Administrator.
2. Insert the SD card into the reader.
3. Click "Start," then type "cmd" into the search box and press "Enter." A new Command window will open.
4. Type the following command into the Command window:
Code:
format e: /fs:FAT32
Replace "d:" with the drive letter assigned by Windows to the SD card. Press "Enter." Wait until the format operation completes; the delay will depend on the SD card's capacity.
