  • Step II: Import CSV File into Outlook
 
Many users want to switch their accounts into Outlook format because of the advanced facilities provided by Outlook . If you are also Lotus Notes users and want to transfer your account into Outlook then you must know the techniques to convert NSF to PST.
Manual Method - if you want to perform manual techniques then at first you have to import NSF files into CSV format and then again transfer CSV files into PST format . This approach is lengthy procedure and requires good technical knowledge to perform this methodology. You can refer to the steps that are listed below and complete your task by yourself .
1. Open Lotus Notes on your system.
2. Go to File and then open Lotus Notes Application.
3. Now open the NSF file that you want to convert to PST file.
4. Choose Export option .
5. Now , set name and location for the file. Select CSV as file format.
6. Here, you will get some additional options choose them as per your requirement and click on Export option.
7. Open MS Outlook, go to file then Open & Export>> Import/Export.
8. Choose import from another program or file and go for Next.
9. Select CSV option in the Import box and move Next.
10. Browse the CSV file and go Next.
11. Now , select the folder in Outlook to store the CSV file .
12. At last hit on the Finish button.

With the help of these steps , you can migrate your NSF data into Outlook .
