Scarlet's big eyes were filled with tears, but she stubbornly raised her head and held it back.
When she looked at Marcus again, she took on a pleading look and said,

"Heh, I have been waiting this day for ten years. How could I drop?"
Scarlet felt she had fallen into an ice cellar, full of tears, raised her eyes to look at him, her lips were bitten bleedingly by her teeth.
Looking at her miserable appearance, Marcus's heart seemed to have cracked a little, he frowned, suppressing that feeling, and cruelly said:

When the trial started again, Scarlet stood quietly at the defendant's table and listened to the judge's statement.
"Defendant!"
Scarlet came back to her senses, and instead of looking at the judge, she looked at Marcus.
Suddenly, she smiled, quiet and well-behaved, just like the first time when they met and she called him " Marcus".
Marcus' heart trembled by her gaze as if something is flowing away.
"Marcus, my father is dead, he had his coming, and I also have to go to jail."
"From now on, we are even! The past ten years, I will forget like I never met you..."
