Two months later.
"Sorry, Mr. Newman, the prisoner still refuses to meet with you."
Six months later.
"Sorry, Mr. Newman, the prisoner is firm and still refuses to meet with you."
One year later.
"Mr. Newman, sorry, we have asked, she refuses to meet with you, persistently refuses."
Two years later.
"Mr. Newman, she doesn't want to see you."
The female guard in uniform politely spoke to the man in front of her.

Scarlet couldn't believe that the man she had loved for ten years would send her to prison.
In the adjournment room, Scarlet sat sluggishly on the chair. Two days in court left her exhausted.
"Marcus, do you really want to push me to hell?"
"Your father pushed my mother into the sea, and I made his daughter's life worse than death. it's fair, right?"
Scarlet's big eyes were filled with tears, but she stubbornly raised her head and held it back.
When she looked at Marcus again, she took on a pleading look and said,

Marcus stood up, looking at her from a high position, coldly snorted
"Heh, I have been waiting this day for ten years. How could I drop?"
Scarlet felt she had fallen into an ice cellar, full of tears, raised her eyes to look at him, her lips were bitten bleedingly by her teeth.
Looking at her miserable appearance, Marcus's heart seemed to have cracked a little, he frowned, suppressing that feeling, and cruelly said:
