Foods That Stain Your Teeth

There is no denying to the fact that most of us are notoriously addicted to junk foods and other caffeinated beverages. We often visit one of the local stores near our locality to satisfy our taste buds with carbonated beverages and other sweet dishes.

Unfortunately, these choices results into stains on one?s teeth over a period of time and causes serious damage resulting from tooth ache and tooth decay.

While mouthwash, brushing and flossing is a necessity to keep unwanted stains at bay, one should also watch out the foods that come in contact with one?s teeth. Certain food causes more teeth stain than others.

Realistically speaking, beverages such as coffee, cola e.t.c are the most evil offenders. However, these beverages are not the only offenders.

There are many other foods that can cause decay and pains in tooth. So be careful and watchful as per what goes into your mouth. Take the following as daily routine to protect your teeth:

*Take your mouth wash twice daily (morning and night) or after each meal.

*Use soft and not hard tooth brush to prevent gum damage.

*Avoid using tooth paste that contained FLUORIDE Please as fluoride is cancerous to your health.

*Use preferably an HERBAL Based tooth paste and not chemical based.

*Use drinking straw if you must drink juice or beverages, as this allows direct intake without staining your teeth.

*Go for DENTAL check-up regularly, at least twice in a year.

Stay Healthy.
